Calling all Brooklyn illustrators and art lovers! Join me for a dynamic session where we'll explore the art of figure drawing by sketching poses from a live model. This workshop is perfect for artists of all levels who want to improve their skills in capturing movement and gesture. We'll focus on: - Understanding basic anatomy and its role in pose. - Learning how to capture the essence of a pose in quick, dynamic sketches. - Developing skills in observing and translating gesture lines. - Experimenting with different drawing techniques and materials. - This session will be a fun and interactive way to practice your figure drawing skills and get valuable feedback from fellow artists. Workshop Etiquette: - Arrive on time and be prepared to begin promptly. - Food and beverages are not permitted in the drawing area. - Respectful communication is expected at all times. Registration and Payment: - Online registration and payment are required to secure your spot in the workshop. - You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your registration. Our refund policy is as follows: - You may withdraw your registration up to 24 hours before the workshop and receive a full refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop. Materials: A list of recommended materials are listed within the registration page. Participants are expected to bring their own drawing supplies.
